Firm Dashboard
Real-time return on every automated task.
SixMinutes AI quietly handles client intake, correspondence, and time capture in the background, so your firm recovers the non-billable hours it loses every day. And it shows you the return, in dollars.
Nine automations working in the background of every matter: intake, correspondence, deadlines, and billing. Your lawyers stay on billable work.
New matters arrive classified by practice area and urgency, with a briefing note ready for the lawyer's first read.
Every automation is logged with the minutes it saved and rolled into recovered revenue in real dollars.
Every party and entity is surfaced for conflict-of-interest checks before you take the case.
Client emails, engagement letters, next-step plans, and deadline scans, each from a single click.
Raw activity notes become clean, invoice-ready time entries. No more reconstructing your day to bill it.
Invite your whole firm. Each member gets a secure login; every matter stays private.
Pick a sample matter, or write your own, and watch SixMinutes AI prepare the intake memorandum: practice area, urgency, parties to check for conflicts, and a brief for the lawyer.
This preview is simulated in your browser. Create a free account to run it on real matters, with a qualified lawyer reviewing every output.
Drag the sliders. This is revenue SixMinutes AI helps you recover every year.
Reclaim the time intake and billing notes quietly eat from every lawyer's schedule.
See recovered revenue add up live. The ROI is impossible to ignore when it's on screen.
Draft a client email in seconds instead of ten minutes. It is the kind of tool a team uses daily.
Create an account and invite your team. No installs, no IT project.
Intake, drafting, and billing happen with one click as you work each case.
The dashboard shows recovered hours and dollars climbing in real time.
Per-lawyer pricing that drops as your firm grows. Save 20% with annual billing. All prices in USD.
Yes. Every firm's data is fully isolated: matters are never shared across firms, and access requires an authenticated login. You control who on your team has access.
No. SixMinutes AI runs in your browser. Sign up, invite your team, and you're working in minutes, with no IT project and no downloads.
Never. SixMinutes AI automates the non-billable busywork (intake, drafting, time capture) so your lawyers spend more time on the work only they can do.
During early access, SixMinutes AI is free for your whole firm: full features, no credit card. When paid plans launch you'll get notice first, and you can choose a plan then (or walk away; your data stays yours).
Simple per-lawyer pricing: Growing Firm at $99/lawyer, Established Firm at $79/lawyer, and custom Enterprise plans for 75+ lawyers. See the pricing section above.
SixMinutes AI is a productivity tool for legal professionals. It is not a law firm and not a substitute for a lawyer's judgment. Please review these guidelines.
SixMinutes AI is software that assists licensed legal professionals with administrative work. It does not provide legal advice, does not practice law, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. Nothing generated by SixMinutes AI should be relied upon as legal advice.
Features such as intake triage, conflict flags, client email drafting, and billing summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. A qualified lawyer must review, verify, and approve all output before it is sent, filed, billed, or relied upon. You are responsible for the final work product.
Users are solely responsible for compliance with their professional and ethical obligations, including the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, competence, supervision of AI tools, independent verification of conflicts and citations, and client confidentiality. SixMinutes AI does not replace those duties.
Only enter information you are authorized to process. You are responsible for obtaining any client consent required to use third-party software with their information. Each firm's data is isolated from other firms. AI processing may involve third-party AI providers; do not enter information you are not permitted to share with such providers.
SixMinutes AI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixMinutes AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the software. Your use is at your own risk.
Do not use SixMinutes AI for unlawful purposes, to generate misleading filings, to violate any person's rights, or in any way that breaches your professional obligations. We may suspend access for misuse.

SixMinutes AI is a software tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or legal services.
3. No legal advice; no attorney–client relationship. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes legal advice. Use of the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and SixMinutes AI. You must exercise your own professional judgment on all matters.
4. AI-generated content. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all output before it is used, sent, filed, billed, or relied upon. You must independently verify conflicts, citations, facts, and legal conclusions.
5. Eligibility & professional responsibility. The Service is intended for licensed legal professionals and their authorized staff. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with third-party service providers.
8. Third-party AI & subprocessors. The Service uses third-party providers (including AI model providers) to process content. By using AI features you authorize such processing. We are not responsible for third-party services' acts or omissions.

10. Fair use of AI features. To keep the Service fast and available for everyone, AI features are subject to reasonable per-firm usage limits, which we may adjust from time to time. We will not use limits to deprive paid plans of their core functionality.
